Records Shattered, Big Bass Bash history made at Lake of the Ozarks.
What a weekend it was at the 2025 Dobb’s Tire & Auto Centers Spring Big Bass Bash, presented by BaitWrx. Anglers from across the country made their way to Missouri’s, Lake of the Ozarks, to take part in one of the largest amateur Big Bass tournaments in the nation.
Over $343,000 in guaranteed cash and prizes was paid out, including a massive $100,000 top prize to Nate Boelter of Fremont, NE, who weighed in a giant 8.28 lb. bass to win it all! In 19 years of Big Bass Bash events at Lake of the Ozarks, we’ve never had an 8 lb. bass hit the scales, this weekend we had 2 of them!
